There’s an old salsa commercial where a group of cowboys are sitting around the campfire enjoying dinner after a hard day’s work. When the salsa runs low, they ask the cook for more. But there isn’t any. They’ve devoured the usual salsa, so the cook hands them another bottle of salsa. And they’re outraged when they realize the stuff wasn’t made fresh. You may remember the line: “This stuff is made in New York City! Get a rope!”
