  • This Flour is a general-purpose wheat flour that is sifted combing a ratio of Hard Red Wheat and Soft Red Wheat. This general-purpose wheat flour is great for baking and similar to the general-purpose flour in the grocery stores, except you can know the producer and the source of the wheat.

  • This Flour is ground from Soft Red Wheat which has good pastry baking qualities. This flour is finely sifted and is better for those finer pastry baking projects than the whole wheat flours. This Wheat Flour is great for baking pastry or other favorite dishes.

  • This Flour is ground from Hard Red Wheat which has good bread making qualities. This flour is finely sifted for those bakers who want a fine, smooth bread. This Wheat Flour is great for baking bread or added to other favorite dishes.

  • Our Rye Flour is stone ground from selected producers who raise organic or non-gmo grains. It contains the whole rye berry so all the benefits of the germ are available in the flour.

  • Our Dark Rye Flour is stone ground from selected producers who raise organic or non-gmo grains. It contains the whole rye berry so all the benefits of the germ and the bran are available in the flour.

  • Buckwheat Whole Dark Flour is made from unhulled buckwheat and is an excellent natural source of fiber. It is ground in the same mill as wheat for those concerned with allergies. Great product if you are in the mood for hearty buckwheat pancakes.

  • Corn grits are ground from our certified organic corn and have a medium grind. The corn is from the whole kernel, with nothing added or removed so you get the full flavor of Iowa organic corn in your grits. Great for baking, adding to your favorite cereal, or as a pasta substitute.

  • Corn meal is ground from our certified organic corn and has a finer texture than our grits. The corn is from the whole kernel, with nothing added or removed so you get the full flavor of Iowa organic corn in your corn meal. Great for baking, as a pizza crust, or pasta substitute.

  • Early Cereal is made from our certified organic wheat, corn, rye and buckwheat fields. Nothing has been added so you get the full flavor of Iowa grown organic grains.

    This Early Cereal is similar in consistency to "Cream of Wheat". It is great alone or added to your cereal or other favorite dishes. Some bakers add it to their breads for more texture or sprinkle on top for a variety to the crust.

  • Two-Grain Cereal is ground from our certified organic wheat and corn fields. It is a blend of our Wheat Cereal and our corn grits. Nothing has been added so you get the full flavor of the Iowa grown organic wheat and corn.

Trying to decide between pastry flour and bread flour?
The gluten content in bread flour is 14%, and 9% in pastry flour. Our General Purpose blend is around 11-12% gluten content and provides you with a well-rounded product that works nicely in a variety of baked goods.
