Shanell’s Energy Bites
Ingredients
1 c. Oats or Oat Porridge
2/3 c. Shredded Coconut
1/2 c. Peanut Butter
1/2 c. Flaxseed
1/2 c. Honey
1 T. Chia Seeds
1/2 c. Chocolate Chips
1/2 c. Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Stir all ingredients together
Chill for 1-2 hours
Roll into balls
Serve and enjoy!
